Group Pricing and CLEs

The Keeping Children Safe from Family Violence Act, also known as “Kaydens Law” was signed into federal law by President Biden in 2022.

Given that states are rapidly adopting Kayden’s law, this training is being mandated in a growing number of states. In preparation, we are actively working to get CLE approval in all states. Even if this training is not yet mandated in your area, this training is essential for all judges, custody evaluators, and other family court professionals.

Group Pricing

Our pricing is structured to provide significant value for group enrollments. The standard rate for the course is $147 per participant. However, we offer discounted rates for group registrations:

  • $120 per participant for groups of 10 to 19

  • $100 per participant for groups of 20 or more

These tiered rates are designed to support organizations and teams in accessing high-quality training at a reduced cost.

Group Enrollment – How It Works

As you add the appropriate number of course seats to your cart, group discounts will be automatically applied based on the quantity selected.

After completing your purchase, you will have two options for distributing access:

  • Upload a Participant List – Provide a spreadsheet with participant names and email addresses, and access codes will be automatically emailed to each individual.

  • Distribute Manually – Choose to receive the access codes yourself, allowing you to distribute them directly to your group members.

This flexible process ensures a seamless enrollment experience tailored to your group's needs.

CLE Credits

We recommend that attorneys check with their state's CLE regulatory body to confirm acceptance of reciprocity credits. If required, we can provide certificates of attendance, course materials, and/or proof of accreditation by the original accrediting jurisdiction to assist with credit approval.
