Yolanda Arredondo, Colorado Division of Child Welfare, MSW

Yolanda Arredondo is the Deputy Director for the Colorado Division of Child Welfare. She has held several positions within child welfare, including county intake caseworker, casework supervisor, Referral & Assessment Specialist, and Intake & Assessment Administrator. She has worked in the field of child welfare for fourteen years and prior to that in the field of domestic violence for eight years. She appreciates inter-system approaches, working in collaboration with individuals and agencies to improve Colorado's child welfare system.
